Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Cabinet has approved to renew a contract with The Arab Contractors Company to implement the maintenance works for utilities, buildings, and electromechanical systems of 19 hospitals in the country.
The contract extension decision came as part of the national project to develop model hospitals nationwide, according to an official statement on Wednesday.
The Cabinet also approved to assign Canal Company for Electricity Distribution (CCED) to carry out the electricity works at the new medical centre in 24 October city in Suez governorate. The facility is part of Egypt’s universal health insurance (UHI) scheme.
