Riyadh – Mubasher: Anmat Technology for Trading Company has inked a contract with the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) for a project valued at SAR 51.09 million, inclusive of value-added tax.
The agreement, signed on 10 September 2026, follows a contract award notification previously issued on 31 August 2026.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company will undertake the supply and installation of specialized equipment at one of the authority's headquarters.
The contract specifies a duration of 150 days for the execution of all works and services in accordance with the defined scope and technical specifications.
Anmat Technology expects the financial impact of this project to be reflected in its financial results during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026 and Q1-27. The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
