Anaam International Holding announces Zakat reduction on ZATCA ratification

Riyadh – Mubasher: Anaam International Holding Group announced that the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has approved a significant reduction in the group’s outstanding Zakat liabilities.

Following the application of Ministerial Resolution 1007, the total amount due for the period spanning 2007 to 2010 has been lowered to SAR 51.31 million, according to a bourse disclosure.

The revised figure represents a substantial decrease from the previous assessment communicated on 27 June 2021.

That earlier claim required the company to pay Zakat differences totaling SAR 106.93 million, in addition to a withholding tax amount of SAR 138,937.

The company stated that the reduction followed intensive cooperation with ZATCA and the formal request to apply the executive regulations for Zakat collection under the specified ministerial decree.

Anaam International Holding expects the positive financial impact of this settlement to be reflected in its financial results for the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.

The group confirmed it will disclose any further material developments regarding its Zakat status in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
