Mubasher: Amwal International Investment has achieved a positive turn in both quarterly and annual financial statements of 2018 when compared to the corresponding periods in the prior year.
In the fourth quarter of FY18, Amwal recorded a profit worth nearly KWD 83,150 ($274,500) against losses of about KWD 25,510 ($84,200) in Q4-17, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
In FY18, the company achieved nearly KWD 607,620 profits versus a loss of KWD 16,350 in the prior fiscal year.
Amwal’s board members have recommended not to distribute cash dividends for FY18.
