Riyadh — Mubasher: Amwaj International Company disclosed further details regarding five ongoing lawsuits filed before competent commercial courts to recover outstanding receivables and financial claims from several customers.
The total value of the claims across these five legal actions amounts to SAR 67.90 million.
The company specified that the largest individual claim is valued at SAR 22.26 million, followed by a second claim of SAR 16.94 million.
A third lawsuit involves a financial claim of SAR 14.41 million, while the fourth and fifth cases seek the recovery of SAR 7.59 million and SAR 6.70 million, respectively.
These filings follow a previous announcement made on 14 September 2026, regarding the company's efforts to collect its financial rights.
Amwaj International stated that this supplementary disclosure carries no immediate additional financial impact.
The final financial effect will be determined based on the outcomes of the judicial proceedings and the actual amounts recovered, in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
