Riyadh – Mubasher: Amwaj International Company will start listing and trading its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday, 16 June.
Tadawul noted that the company will be trading on Nomu under the symbol 9537, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The stock will be trading at daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/- 30% and +/- 10%, respectively.
Last month, Amwaj International set the price for its initial public offering (IPO) at SAR 72 per share to list 600,000 ordinary shares, accounting for 10% of its total shares, on the parallel market.
