Riyadh - Mubasher: Amwaj International Company has set the price of its offering on the Parallel Market (Nomu) at SAR 72 per share.
The subscription period is scheduled to begin on Sunday, 22 May, and end on Wednesday, 25 May, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Marifa Capital Company is the financial advisor on the potential offering of Amwaj.
It is noteworthy to mention that in April 2022, the company announced its plans to offer 600,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 10% of its total shares, for listing on Nomu.
