Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the shareholders of Amlak International Finance Company increased by 32.73% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 15.81 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026.
The quarterly profits were compared with SAR 11.91 million in Q1-25, according to the interim financial results.
Amlak International reported assets valued at SAR 4.63 billion as of 31 March 2026, up 0.04% from SAR 4.62 billion in the year-ago period.
The earnings per share (EPS) went up YoY to SAR 0.16 in Q1-26 from SAR 0.12.
Last year, the company logged 40.83% higher net profits at SAR 65.22 million, compared to SAR 46.31 million as of 31 December 2024.
