Mubasher: Amlak Finance turned profitable in the second quarter of 2017, according to a bourse statement.
Profits reached AED 8 million ($2.2 million) in Q2-17, against losses of AED 35.53 million ($9.66 million) in Q2-16.
Operating expenses fell 66% year-on-year to AED 3.57 million in Q2-17.
In the first half of 2017, profits declined 82% to AED 15.52 million from AED 87.43 million in the prior-year period.
