Kuwait – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Kuwait Food – Americana approved paying 615% of capital as dividends for fiscal year 2016.
The company will pay 615 fils per share to the entitled shareholders, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
The shareholders also approved the optional withdrawal from Boursa Kuwait.
During FY16, Americana achieved a growth of 7% in profits to KWD 46.97 million, compared to KWD 43.9 million in FY15.
