Cairo – Mubasher: The shareholders of Americana Egypt approved distributing a total of EGP 94.32 million as cash dividends for fiscal year 2019.
Americana Egypt will pay EGP 0.23 per share to the entitled shareholders, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
During FY18, the company registered a net profit, after calculating taxes, of EGP 29.46 million when compared to EGP 5.5 million in FY17.
