Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding Co said that its subsidiary Amer Tourism Development signed a contract with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to purchase a 56-feddan land plot in New Minya City to build Porto El Minya.
Amer submitted a request to the Cabinet to approve the implementation of the project, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
During the first nine months of 2020, Amer Group achieved net profits of EGP 9.98 million, down from EGP 39.38 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
