Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding Co recorded net profits of EGP 25.51 million in 2020, down by 54.67% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 56.4 million, including minority shareholders’ rights.
Revenues dropped to EGP 1.38 billion last year from EGP 1.49 billion in 2019, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the standalone net profit slid to EGP 34.04 million in 2020, compared to EGP 60.43 million a year earlier.
During the first nine months of 2020, Amer Group recorded net profits of EGP 9.98 million, down from EGP 39.38 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.
