Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding Co announced that its subsidiary has not received the New Urban Communities Authority’s (NUCA) official approval for the allocation of 45 feddans in New Minya.
The matter is still subject to regulatory approval, Amer Group said in a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
Any developments regarding the matter will be disclosed to the bourse in a timely manner, the real estate developer noted.
It is worth mentioning that in the first quarter of 2020, Amer Group reported net profits of EGP 10.65 million, versus net losses of EGP 4.55 million in the year-ago period.
