Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Amer Group Holding Co issued a decision to allow its subsidiary Amer Tourism Development to enter into two netting agreements.
The board nodded to Amer Tourism Development’s decision to sign a deal with Delmar for Touristic Development to develop lands in North Cost and another deal with Tropi 2 for Tourism Development to develop lands in Ain Sokhna, Amer Group said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
During 2020, Amer Group recorded net profits of EGP 25.51 million, down from EGP 56.4 million a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.
