Dubai – Mubasher: Amanat Holdings on Wednesday announced the resignation of its chief executive officer (CEO) Khaldoun Alhaj Hasan, and its chief operating officer Ranjit Bhonsle.
Shamsheer Vayalil will act as the company's CEO, while Mohamed Hamade will assume the chief operating officer’s duties, the company said in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
