Riyadh - Mubaher: The board of Alujain Corporation issued a resolution on 24 September to appoint Khalid bin Mohammed Al Dawood as the company’s new CEO.
The appointment is scheduled to take effect on 29 September 2026.
Al-Dawood holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Control Engineering. His professional background includes extensive experience across industrial asset management, economics, engineering, and general management.
The decision follows the conclusion of Mohammed bin Khalid Al Mutairi’s assignment as acting CEO, which will officially end on 28 September.
Al Mutairi, who was originally tasked with the acting role on 13 September, will continue to serve the company in his permanent capacity as Vice President for Administrative Affairs.
The leadership transition was finalized by the board on 24 September, to ensure a structured handover of executive responsibilities.
