Riyadh - Mubasher: Almoosa Health Company has signed a SAR 650 million Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi on 21 August.
The seven-year facility is secured against a promissory note, according to a bourse disclosure.
The financing will support the company’s expansion and growth plans across Saudi Arabia.
On 10 July, Almoosa Health inked a SAR 192 million contract with MASAH Specialized Contracting Company to build the foundations and concrete structure of Almoosa Specialist Hospital in Al Hofuf.
As of 30 June 2025, Banque Saudi Fransi registered a 20.27% annual jump in net profits to SAR 2.74 billion, versus SAR 2.27 billion.
