Riyadh — Mubasher: Almarai Company announced that its board of directors has approved the corporate strategy for the period spanning 2026 to 2031, which focuses on extracting value from existing investments through disciplined capital allocation and execution.
The strategy is built upon four primary priorities, namely strengthening food supply chain resilience, improving productivity to drive efficiency, enhancing profitability through disciplined growth, and increasing cash flow generation to support shareholder value.
Major pillars of the plan include accelerating growth within Almarai’s core business segments and pursuing selective expansion into promising food categories.
Furthermore, the listed company aims to develop high-potential channels, specifically targeting e-commerce and food services, while reinforcing its market position in priority regions.
Almarai stated that the strategy aligns with national objectives regarding food security and economic diversification in Saudi Arabia.
It further confirmed there is no immediate material financial impact resulting from the approval of this plan, and the company will disclose further developments in accordance with relevant regulations.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2026, Almarai recorded a net profit of SAR 1.99 billion compared to SAR 1.99 billion in the corresponding period of 2025.
