Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Almarai Company recommended distributing cash dividends of SAR 1 billion to shareholders for fiscal year (FY) 2020.
The amount is equivalent to SAR 1 per share or 10% of the share’s par value, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the general assembly’s meeting date, which will be announced later on.
In the first nine months of the year, the food and beverage firm achieved SAR 1.65 billion in net profits, posting a 9.9% annual growth.
