Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Almarai Company recommended, during its meeting on 14 December, a cash dividend payout worth SAR 1 per share for 2021.
The total amount of the proposed dividends stands at SAR 1 billion, accounting for 10% of the capital, for 1 billion eligible shares, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Almarai has achieved net profits worth SAR 409.1 million during the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, while in the first half (H1) of 2021, the company’s net profits had reached SAR 867.9 million.
