Riyadh-Mubasher: Almarai has opened board nomination for the next three-year term starting from 7 August 2016 until 6 August 2019, the dairy producer said in a bourse statement.
Nominees will be elected in the upcoming general meeting whose date will be announced later.
Qualified shareholders should submit their applications no later than 14 January 2016.
