Riyadh – Mubasher: Almarai Company has completed the acquisition of Binghatti Beverage’s production facility in the UAE for AED 215 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
The acquisition transaction is expected to help the Saudi firm in expanding the range of beverage products across the region.
The acquisition is self-financed by Almarai’s operating cash flows.
Almarai had announced last June the signing of an asset purchase agreement with Binghatti Beverages Manufacturing.
