Riyadh – Mubasher: Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company has achieved net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 103.32 million in 2021, an annual drop of 9.32% from SAR 113.95 million.
The company witnessed a year-on-year (YoY) growth of 9.25% in revenues to SAR 569.03 million from SAR 520.83 million in 2020, according to the financial results on Sunday.
The earnings per share (EPS) declined to SAR 4.13 last year from SAR 4.56 in 2020.
In a separate bourse filing, the company’s board has announced a cash dividend of SAR 1.50 per share for the second half (H2) of 2021.
Alkhorayef Water will pay out an amount of SAR 37.50 million, representing 15% of the capital, for 25 million eligible shares.
The eligibility and distribution dates will be on 22 and 30 March, respectively.
It is worth noting that in February, the Saudi listed firm signed a SAR 295 million Sharia-aligned financing agreement with Riyad Bank.
