Riyadh – Mubasher: Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 48.64 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, down 15.6% from SAR 57.66 million in H1-20.
Earnings per share amounted to SAR 1.95 in H1-21, compared to SAR 2.31 in H1-20, according to the financial results on Thursday.
Revenues meanwhile increased by 6.8% to SAR 267.9 million in the January-June 2021 period from SAR 250.76 million in the same six months last year.
During the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, Alkhorayef Water posted 17% lower net profits to SAR 21.7 million from SAR 26.17 million in Q2-20.
Revenues soared by 14% to SAR 134.88 million in Q2-21 from SAR 118.02 million in Q2-20.
On a quarterly basis, the net profits in Q2-21 were 19.4% lower than SAR 26.93 million in Q1-21, while the revenues went up 1.4% from SAR 133.01 million.
