Riyadh – Mubasher: Alkhaleej Training and Education Company and Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) inked a contract to provide medical insurance services to its employees and their families.
The two entities signed the agreement, on 21 August, at an amount of SAR 36.23 million, according to a bourse disclosure.
Meanwhile, the insurance deal will hold a tenor of one year starting from 1 September 2025.
The financial impact of the contract will be reflected in Alkhaleej Training’s financial results for fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026.
Last year, Alkhaleej Training recorded net profits valued at SAR 81.06 million, against net losses of SAR 47.68 million in 2023.
