Riyadh – Mubasher: The unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT Fund will be receiving a cash dividend of SAR 0.125 per unit or 1.25% of the unit’s initial price for the three-month period ended on 30 June 2021.
The total value of the dividends will stand at SAR 17.62 million for 141 million units eligible for distribution, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
Fund manager Alkhabeer Capital said the distribution date will be within 30 days from the entitlement date on 12 August.
