Riyadh - Mubasher: Aljazira REIT Fund has achieved net profits of SAR 2.6 million during the first half (H1) of 2021, against net losses of SAR 5.285 million in the same period of 2020.
The fund's revenues decreased to SAR 2.53 million in the January-June period of 2021 from SAR 3.109 million in the year-ago period.
The net assets attributable to unitholders amounted to SAR 84.834 million at the end of the period.
Meanwhile, the fund's total assets increased to SAR 87.339 million as of 30 June 2021 from SAR 84.435 million as of 31 December 2020.
