Riyadh – Mubasher: Alinma Tokio Marine Company has renewed its contract with Alinma Bank at a total value of SAR 4.39 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The one-year agreement is a banker’s blanket bond providing insurance coverage as of 1 June 2021.
Alinma Tokio Marine said the deal is expected to have a positive impact on the financial results of 2021.
The two parties previously renewed the insurance agreement in 2020.
It is worth noting that the bank owns 28.75% of Alinma Tokio Marine.
