Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Alinma Bank suggested a cash dividend distribution after Zakat of SAR 0.50 per share, representing 5% of the share nominal value, for the second half (H2) of 2022.
The lender would pay out a total of SAR 996.09 million for 1.99 billion eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.
Meanwhile, the distribution date for the H2-22 dividends will be announced at a later time.
It is worth noting that the board’s proposal was determined on 20 December 2022.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Alinma Bank witnessed a 31.03% year-on-year (YoY) leap in net profit to SAR 2.73 billion, compared to SAR 2.09 billion.
During the January-September 2022 period, the earnings per share (EPS) settled at SAR 1.33, higher than SAR 1.03 in 9M-21.
