Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development has sold 1.56 million shares for a value of SAR 24.62 a share, which represented the unsubscribed volume of the company’s rights issue.
The total amount of the subscribed shares stood at SAR 38.47 million, with the coverage percentage reaching 2,914.9%, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
Alhokair Group said the shares will be deposited into the shareholders’ accounts on Tuesday, 17 August.
Earlier this month, the company announced that 29.13 million out of 30.7 million shares were subscribed at a value of SAR 291.37 million in a rights issue, which aims to raise the capital to SAR 650 million.
