Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services decided to hold the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 12 March at the head office in Riyadh, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will vote on the recommendation of the board of directors to increase capital by 25% from SAR 400 million to SAR 500 million, through bonus shares, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
Voting will also be on the board’s recommendation to distribute dividends at SAR 1 per share or 10% of capital, with a total of SAR 40 million.
