Riyadh – Mubasher: Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company’s Board of Directors appointed Hamad Mohammed Aldrees as the company’s chairman.
It also named Abdulmohsen bin Mohammed Aldrees as the deputy chairman and Abdullah Saad Aldrees as the company’s managing director and CEO, according to a stock exchange filing on Sunday.
Moreover, the board formed the Executive, and the Nomination, Remuneration, and Governance Committees. In addition, it appointed the firm's representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
