Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Aldar Properties has sold out its Yas Living development within days of launch, generating over AED 1.30 billion in sales, according to a press release.
Located on Yas Island, the project drew strong local and international demand for its design, amenities, and prime location near major attractions.
Expatriates and foreign buyers accounted for 65% of sales, with strong interest from the UAE, China, Jordan, India, and the UK.
Around 65% of buyers were under 45, and 71% were purchasing from Aldar for the first time.
Jonathan Emery, CEO at Aldar Development, commented: “With Yas Island’s current and upcoming leisure and entertainment attractions gaining global recognition, the rapid sell-out of Yas Living further showcases the island’s position as one of the UAE’s most in-demand destinations.”
“The market response also reflects both Abu Dhabi’s enduring appeal as a global investment hub and the success of our strategy to create vibrant communities that resonate across demographics,” the CEO added.
Yas Living includes 678 apartments in three buildings, offering studios to three-bedroom homes.
Each building features exclusive amenities such as pools, rooms, zen gardens, play areas, and gyms.
The development targets Estidama 3 Pearl certification, with landscaped outdoor spaces and shaded walkways designed to support active, sustainable living.
Yas Living’s success follows the rapid sell-out of Manarat and Nouran Living on Saadiyat Island.
Last September, Aldar sold 450 Al Deem townhomes on Yas Island, achieving more than AED 1.80 billion in sales.
