Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Investment Properties, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aldar Properties, on Wednesday announced appointing Jassem Saleh Busaibe as new CEO.
Busaibe will also serve as the company’s chief investment officer, the Abu Dhabi-based firm said in a statement.
Busaibe previously worked with Senaat, Arady Properties and Invest AD, in addition to serving as the chairman of Khidmah acquired by Aldar Properties in September 2018.
Aldar Investment Properties has also signed an acquisition deal with Etihad Airways worth AED 1.2 billion.
Under the deal, the Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer will fully acquire the Etihad Plaza and Etihad Airways Centre, Aldar Investment said in a statement on Wednesday.
