Riyadh – Mubasher: Alahli Takaful Company incurred net losses before Zakat worth SAR 3.21 million during the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, against profits of SAR 202 million in Q3-20 and SAR 1.36 million in Q2-21.
The firm attributed the losses in Q3-21 to 509% higher losses of shareholders capital investment worth SAR 3.55 million in the same quarter from SAR 584,000 in Q3-20, according to the financial results on Tuesday.
During the first nine months of 2021, Alahli Takaful posted a decrease of 44% year-on-year (YoY) in net profits before Zakat to SAR 3.88 million from SAR 6.96 million.
