Kuwait – Mubasher: The Commercial Real Estate (Al Tijaria) achieved an increase of 14.7% in profits during the first quarter of 2017, compared with the same period of the previous year.
The net earnings rose to KWD 3.9 million ($12.8 million) in Q1-17 from KWD 3.4 million ($11 million) in Q1-16, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
Al Tijaria recorded a surge of 46.5% in operating revenues to KWD 8.42 million in Q1-17 from KWD 5.75 million in Q1-16.
