Riyadh-Mubasher: Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding has acquired 60% of Al-Mosafer’s stake for a total value of SAR 22.5 million. The acquisition date has been effective as of 6 December.
The financial impact of this deal is expected to be registered in the first quarter of 2016.
