Mubasher: Al Salam Bank announced that it has purchased 120,000 treasury shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Bahrain Bourse (BHB) during Tuesday’s session 17 September, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
The bank’s total holding of treasury shares soared to 48.571 million from 48.451 million; this amount represents 2.192% of the issued share capital.
It is worth noting that the bank bought 175,000 treasury shares on the DFM during Monday’s session, 16 September.
