Mubasher: Al Salam Bank – Bahrain announced it has purchased 397,000 treasury shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Bahrain Bourse (BHB) on 29 September 2019.
The bank’s total holding of treasury shares increased to 51.647 million from 51.250 million, representing 2.331% of issued share capital, according to a bourse filing.
It is worth noting that Al Salam Bank had bought 320,000 treasury shares on the DFM (DFM) and BHB on 25 September 2019.
