Mubasher: Al Salam Bank – Bahrain announced it has purchased 335,000 treasury shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Bahrain Bourse (BHB) on 24 September 2019.
Accordingly, the bank’s total holding of treasury shares rose to 50.530 million from 50.195 million, representing 2.280% of issued share capital, according to a bourse filing.
It is worth noting that Al Salam Bank had bought 380,000 treasury shares on the DFM and BHB on 23 September 2019.
