Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Razi Medical Company announced the results of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on 7 September 2026, where shareholders approved the election of a new board of directors for the upcoming four-year term.
The meeting, conducted via modern technology from the company’s headquarters in Al Badaya, Al Qassim, recorded a shareholder attendance rate of 74.07%.
The newly elected board will begin its tenure on 9 September 2026 and is scheduled to serve until 8 September 2030.
The elected members include Yousef bin Abdullah Yousef Al Arini, Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Abdullah Al Suhaibani, Fares bin Yousef Abdullah Al Arini, Reham bint Yousef Abdullah Al Arini, and Mohammed bin Abdullah Sulaiman Al Sagheer.
According to the disclosure, the resolution to elect the board members received 99.704% approval from the voting shares, while 0.296% of the votes were abstained.
The assembly was attended by the current Chairman, Yousef bin Abdullah Yousef Al Arini, and other board members, including the heads of the audit and the nomination and remuneration committees.
