Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Razi Medical Company’s board of directors passed a resolution to appoint its leadership and form specialized committees for a new four-year session.
The term, which officially commenced on 9 September 2026, is scheduled to conclude on 8 September 2030.
The board appointed Yousef Abdullah Yousef Al Arini as Chairman and Reham Yousef Abdullah Al Arini as Vice Chairman, both serving in non-executive capacities.
These appointments follow the general assembly meeting held on 7 September 2026, where the board members were originally elected.
Furthermore, the company established the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, comprising Sheikh Abdulrahman Mohammed Abdullah Al Suhaibani, Mohammed Abdullah Habib Al Habib, and Reham Yousef Abdullah Al Arini.
The board also appointed a Board Secretary and designated official company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
A separate announcement will be issued regarding the formation of the Audit Committee in accordance with regulatory disclosure requirements.
