Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Razi Medical Company has formed its audit committee for a new four-year term.
The board of directors approved the appointments during a meeting held on 9 September 2026, with the committee’s mandate running until the end of the current board session on 8 September 2030.
The newly formed committee includes Abdulmajeed Abdulrahman Al-Arini, an independent member from outside the board.
Al Arini is a managing partner at Al Aqeel & Al Mubarak Professional Consulting and a fellow of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants.
He is joined by Mohammed Abdullah Al Soghair, an independent board member who serves as the managing director of Eurofins Agel and CEO of Ajal Saudi Health Services.
Fares Yousef Al Arini, a non-executive board member and current project manager at Azod Electronics Factory, completes the three-member committee.
The appointments became effective on 9 September. The company confirmed that the formation aligns with regulatory requirements for the new board cycle.
