Al Ramz Real Estate secures SAR 670m in off-plan sales for Makkah project

Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Ramz Real Estate Company has officially launched its Masar Corner project in Makkah, securing initial off-plan reservations totaling approximately SAR 670 million by the end of the launch day.

The project is being developed in partnership with the Ramz Al Hijaz Fund Company, an investment vehicle in which Ak Ramz Real Estate holds a 50% stake, according to a bourse filing.

Located within the Masar Destination, the development consists of two towers featuring residential, commercial, and service facilities.

The project comprises 541 units with a total built-up area of approximately 125,000 square meters.

Meanwhile, completion and delivery of the towers are expected during 2029.

The launch event was held in Riyadh on 30 September 2026, attended by more than 400 industry leaders and investors.

Al Ramz Real Estate noted that initial bookings originated from clients in 51 countries, following regulatory frameworks governing non-Saudi property ownership.

The Saudi listed company expects the financial impact of the project to be recognized gradually between 2026 and 2029, based on construction progress and accounting standards.

The firm added that there have been no changes to the project costs previously disclosed on 12 February 2026.
