Dubai – Mubasher: Al Ramz Corporation Investment and Development announced its full-exit from its 17.76% stake in Takaful Al Emarat Insurance Co.
The company has fully exited Takaful Al Emarat after achieving the target investment revenue, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
In July, Al Ramz Corporation revealed that one of its subsidiaries had acquired 26.65 million shares in Takaful Emarat.
