UAE – Mubasher: Al Quoz Creative Zone has registered 12,437 operating businesses to date, according to a report by the Business Registration and Licensing (BRL) sector of Dubai Economy.
A total of 73% of operating businesses is commercial, while 20% is professional and the rest is related to tourism and industry.
Launched by the Dubai government in April 2021, Al Quoz Creative Zone seeks to promote the emirate’s position as a regional and international centre for the creative economy within an integrated system.
Al Quoz is divided into commercial and residential areas, including Al Quoz Industrial Areas 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Al Quoz 3, Al Quoz 1, and Al Quoz Industrial 2 represented 59% of the total number of active companies in the locality.
