Al Qahtani to lead Tabuk Cement’s business as new CEO

Riyadh – Mubasher: Ali bin Mohammed Al Qahtani, the CEO of Tabuk Cement Company, decided not to continue in the position due to personal reasons, according to a bourse filing.

Abdulqader Hamed Shweikan was appointed as the new CEO, bringing over 20 years of experience in the heavy industries and cement sector.

Since 2018, Shweikan has served as plant manager at Tabuk Cement, where he led plant operations with production capacities reaching 5,000 tons per day and managed teams of more than 280 employees.

He also possesses extensive expertise in operational excellence, cost optimization, governance, safety, and the management of expansion, installation, and commissioning projects.

As of 30 September 2025, the company’s net profits dropped by 49.75% to SAR 35.42 million from SAR 70.50 million a year earlier.
