Riyadh – Mubasher: Mohammed Al Mojil Group announced the resignation of its acting CEO Nauman Sohail on 19 April.
The resignation was due to prevalent uncertainty surrounding MMG as a result of three Board resignations since his appointment.
Various operational bottlenecks which have remained unresolved due to lack of coordinated efforts also contributed to the former CEO’s stepping down decision, according to a bourse filing.
