Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Al Moammar Information Systems Company (Al Moammar) has recommended distributing 10% of the share’s nominal value to shareholders for the first half of 2019.
The Saudi-based company will pay SAR 0.16 per share for H1-19, or a total of SAR 16 million, according to the company’s statement on Monday.
